Thermal Control Products Inc. custom product lines are distinguished by their functionality and application of each product.

We have developed two distinctive product groups, each addressing specific customer requirements, a "Thermal" Products Group and a "Protective" Products Group.

Thermal Products Group

Thermal type products address radiant, conductive and convective type heat applications.

We offer products that reflect heat away from components, products that can hold both cold and or heat internal to components and products that act totally as a thermal barrier, handling temperatures at times exceeding 2300°F.

Protective Products Group

Our protective product group addresses not only the human need for protection but also a components need for protection. Some of the materials that we utilize include Kevlar for puncture resistance, ballistic nylons for wear resistance and carbon materials for fire and flame resistance. In extreme thermal applications we will also utilize ceramic materials to form excellent thermal barriers. Foams we also utilize in our manufacturing process include, "Impact" resistance foam, Flame and Fire Retardant foams, and a line of "Memory" foams.

Thermal Control Products, Inc. uses foam products from BSCI Energy Impact Systems.
